Do We Need to Make an Appointment to For a Tour?
We strongly recommend an appointment. A scheduled visit ensures our Catering Wedding Specialist is available to meet with you and the space is available to view. Please contact us to schedule your visit.
Our Parents Live out Of State. Is There Availability to Show the Space Remotely?
Yes, we would be happy to share your visit with your Family. Facetime and Skype may be easily arranged.
Do You Provide Ceremonies Directly on The Beach?
Yes, the Hotel provides oceanfront ceremonies directly on the beach. We can also recommend wedding specialists that may assist with planning.
Can I Have My Ceremony Here?
Our oceanfront Seabreeze Terrace is available for ceremonies up to 200 guests. Please contact our Catering Wedding Professional for further information.
Can We Hold a Ceremony Rehearsal at The Plaza
Yes. As long as we do not have an event booked the day before your Wedding, you may have a 1 hour rehearsal.
Is There a Coordinator Provided?
The Plaza does not have an on-site Wedding Coordinator, but your Catering Wedding Professional will provide you with recommendations.
Do You Have Recommended Vendors?
Yes. We provide a list of preferred wedding specialists, from Officiate to Décor. We have years of experience working as a wedding team with these reliable and professional experts.
What are the responsibilities of the Catering Wedding Specialists?
Your Catering Wedding Specialist will be the main point of contact from day one of planning to the Big Day. They will provide recommendations for Wedding vendors; act as menu consultant for food and beverage; attend your menu tasting; create your reception floor diagram so you may create your seating arrangements; detail your Event details and Wedding resume; outline your financial commitments and payment schedule; review banquet checks for accuracy, oversee the Ceremony and Reception set up; ensure seamless transition to our Banquet Manager on the Wedding Day.
If I Have a Specific Budget or Menu for My Wedding Will You Be Flexible with Me?
We are more than happy to work with you on any budget to create your dream Wedding. Our Catering and Culinary Team welcome to customize a wedding package with your budget and vision to create your dream wedding.
Can We Bring in Our Own Food and Alcohol?
All food and beverage is provided through the Hotel. Please contact our Catering Wedding Specialist for cultural exceptions.
Do You Provide a Menu Tasting?
Yes. Menu tastings are provided for the wedding couple. Additional guests may be included at an additional fee. Tasting selections are required 14 days prior to tasting date.
Do You Provide Discounted Guest Room Rates for Our Guests?
Discounted guest rooms are provided based on hotel availability.
